I came across this blog post on Facebook and was touched by the story as it truly makes you stop and think about what’s truly important in life. Whoever said ‘Don’t sweat the small stuff’ was on to something. I hope you enjoy this as much as I.

Love to swim? How to protect your hair

Swimming! A great way to relax while getting exercise.
Happy Friday!
I found this article while surfing the web and realized that many of us worry about the harmful effects of chlorine on our hair while swimming. Since we are still in the hot summer months, I thought it fitting to share this great article on the different types of swim caps available on the market. While there’s sure to be better and newer products out there, this is still a great guide that shows the difference in materials, types of caps and more. Enjoy!

Thank you for stopping by! The purpose of this blog is to share information specific to safety and everyday life.
It is so easy to get wrapped up in all that goes on around us. The world seems to turn faster and faster. This results in our sometimes missing out on the important things in life, be them family, taking time out for outselves, or skimping on safety.
I invite your comments and feedback as we go on this new, unknown adventure together. Feel free to offer suggestions for future discussions or topics. This blog is really a potpourri of ideas, suggestions, thoughts and just plain ol’ interaction.
Welcome!

Woman to Woman….
As a Small Business owner in a male-dominated industry, I know first hand many of the trials and tribulations some may encounter. I also know that it’s sometimes difficult to find others who understand that we can talk to in confidence.
It is my hope that this blog will give us all a place to come to discuss all things woman! This includes our daily work lives…
I look forward to growing our network of women who stand by one another and help each other grow, prosper and, most importantly, find that balance that we all need in our lives.
Here’s to each and every one of you!
