As a Small Business owner in a male-dominated industry, I know first hand many of the trials and tribulations some may encounter.  I also know that it’s sometimes difficult to find others who understand that we can talk to in confidence.

It is my hope that this blog will give us all a place to come to discuss all things woman!  This includes our daily work lives…

I look forward to growing our network of women who stand by one another and help each other grow, prosper and, most importantly, find that balance that we all need in our lives.
